The light of the full Moon illuminates the dark side of the earth with its golden yellow light. Obscures the reality of every day. The Moon appears in many fairy tales and stories. She is expressed in poetry and songs full of romance. The Moon our mysterious companion of our orbit around the Sun. For millions of years, she has been watching the Earth.
Luna, oh Luna with her strange countenance. Many eyes have admired her. Sometimes you could see a face in it. She was also often worshipped. People also believed that they would turn into werewolves in the light of the full Moon. Influence of her on women’s monthly period and in childbirth, which has never been proven, and much more.
The Moon. I watch her through my bedroom window as I slide the window open for the night ahead. Haha for a moment I thought she was smiling at me, alas. If the Moon could talk, but she is silent as she has been for millions of years, she could tell us all the secrets of Earth’s history.
A number of times people have walked on her surface, as well as a number of unmanned spacecrafts have landed or crashed there.

I walk away from the window. The golden yellow light of the full Moon falls on my bed. I leave the curtains open. It is wonderful to dream with the light of the full Moon on your bed. Her light almost makes the shadows in my room come alive.
The Moon, in our proximity, represents the mystique of our planets and the distant stars. Our own star, the Sun, which makes her shine at night. Its attraction, also from the Sun and the other planets in our solar system, make the tides run on the shores of the seas.
Jules Verne’s fantasy has come true as he predicted with his book written in 1870 “Atour de la Lune.” To my ears sounds “Blue Moon,” sung by Ella Fitzgerald, this song was once written in 1934 by Richard Rodgers and Lorents Hart. It is a classic American ballad.
The shadows of the buildings, contrasting against the half-lit sky caused by her light, gives the surroundings a macabre atmosphere.
She looks back silently. She has watched the earth pass by endlessly. Watched the surface change. If those millions of years of changes were…
