I’d love to clean up the world. My life and my feelings. Want to wash away the hatred and the lust for murder. I want to brush off my hatred and resentment, flush and make them disappear. I want to wash people clean, clean of their mistakes, shortcomings, narrow-mindedness, short-sightedness and their strange behavior.
I would like to clean up dictatorships and rub up the lives of people in those dictatorships and mop up the wastewater until the water is clear.
That they can look at life with a clear eye.
I would like to spray away the causes of the current crisis, wring out the financial institutions and filter out the waste water and use the residue to accommodate the poor and the disadvantaged.
I would like to chop away wars and religious quarrel and bury the rubble of them for good.
I would, yes, like to clean so much, but my work force, my power, my self-knowledge is too small for that. My life is too short for that.
Ah, I like it when I am able to clean my surroundings: my house and my garden.
That’s clean enough!
